The Hawaii Work Incentives Planning and Assistance (WIPA) program assists Social Security and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) beneficiaries with disabilities to make informed choices about work. Community Work Incentives Coordinators provide in-depth counseling about disability benefits and the effect of work on those benefits.
