Why did we choose a “Marathon” theme for the SPIN Conference? Several years ago, SPIN saw Ann & Rud Turnbull speak about the marathon skills families would need to raise a child with a disability. SPIN took those skills to heart and have shared them over the years to help families see that they do have the skills they need, and can grow and nurture them.
