Exceptional Family Member Program

The EFMP can help Military families understand how to access Early Intervention services, Special Education, and provide support and resources. We are a mandatory enrollment program designed to coordinate PCS assignments for active duty sponsors with family members eligible for enrollment. Eligibility can be due to a medical (physical, mental, and emotional) disability requiring follow-up support more than once a year and/or specialty/sub-specialty care or educational disability.
